Premium Coordinator - Sports (Freelance)

About the role

Legends Global is seeking a freelance Premium Coordinator to lead the development and execution of premium sports hospitality experiences at the Coca‑Cola Arena in Dubai. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing premium partnerships, and ensuring seamless delivery of suite, club, and lounge services for basketball and other sporting events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client account management, premium experiences, and sports partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of premium hospitality zones, including suites, club seats, memberships, and VIP packages.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operation of all sporting events.
• Maintain relationships with Dubai Basketball suite holders, annual seat holders, VIP guests, and other stakeholders.
• Provide concierge‑level service, handling ticketing, welcome services, parking, and pre/post‑event activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to the Elevate product portfolio based on guest feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role or sports management, preferably within the UAE event industry.
• Degree in hospitality management, sports management, account management or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and grooming standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide a “can‑do” attitude while ensuring safety.
• Freelance status with own visa/sponsorship; UAE nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
