Presales Consultant – Digital Identity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑facing Presales Consultant to bridge business requirements with innovative Digital Identity, Biometric and Border Control solutions. You will support complex regional opportunities from qualification through proposal submission, working closely with sales, delivery, product and partner teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to capture business, operational and technical requirements.
• Lead solution workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures and prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses and bid documentation.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to contract award.
• Support commercial discussions by aligning technology capabilities with customer objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms and partner solutions to address customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of presales or solution engineering experience in Digital Identity, Biometric, Border Control, FinTech or large‑scale government digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of one or more domains such as Identity & Access Management, Biometric enrolment/verification, e‑Gates, or national‑scale digital infrastructure.
• Proven ability to conduct workshops, design architectures and produce winning technical proposals.
