Presales Consultant - Digital Transformation

About the role

The Presales Consultant – Digital Transformation will support GCG’s digital transformation presales function, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs/RFQs, delivering solution demos and engaging with public‑sector and SME customers across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, SOWs and RFP/RFQ responses in coordination with sales and delivery teams.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, discovery sessions and customer‑facing presentations for low‑code/no‑code platforms and related workflow, automation, CRM and ECM offerings.
• Engage with customers to understand business processes, map requirements to appropriate GCG solutions and validate scope, effort and timelines with delivery teams.
• Support pricing, commercial modelling and vendor quotation review, flagging risks and gaps before submission.
• Maintain reusable proposal templates, use‑case libraries and enablement content to improve team efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 3–7 years of presales or solution consulting experience within a systems integrator, digital‑transformation consulting firm or LCNC/automation vendor ecosystem, with mandatory UAE experience.
• Vendor or product certification on a low‑code/no‑code or automation platform is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Low‑code/no‑code platforms: OutSystems, Joget, Mendix, Appian (or similar).
• Workflow and process automation tools: Nintex, Power Automate, UI Path.
• CRM solutions: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics.
• ERP exposure: Odoo or similar SME‑focused ERPs.
• ECM/EDM solutions: M‑Files, Doxis, SharePoint, Egnyte.
• Basic understanding of cloud and infrastructure security.
