Presales Consultant – Physical Security

About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking a customer‑centric Presales Consultant to design and position physical security solutions across the UAE. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with sales teams, channel partners and end‑customers to address complex security challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer business and security requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
• Provide technical consultation on CCTV, video management systems, access control, analytics, AI‑enabled surveillance and integrated security solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, workshops and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
• Support sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including solution sizing, bill of materials creation and technical proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially competitive.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Experience in a presales, solutions engineering or technical consulting role within the physical security industry.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
