Preschool Teacher

About the role

Green Grass Nursery is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join its bilingual Arabic‑English environment in Manara, Dubai. You will work with children aged one to five, delivering the EYFS curriculum while fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality learning experiences aligned with EYFS standards.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Conduct regular observations and maintain accurate child development records.
• Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
• Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times.
• Build professional relationships with parents and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership on curriculum and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Cache Level 3 qualification (minimum requirement).
• Strong understanding of EYFS standards and child development.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an early years setting.
• Proven experience delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum.
