Primary Inclusion Teacher (Start Oct 2026)

About the role

GEMS Metropole School – Al Waha is seeking an outstanding Primary Inclusion Teacher to join the school from October 2026. You will work within a vibrant British‑curriculum community, supporting young learners with additional needs to fully access the curriculum and thrive academically and socially.

Key responsibilities

• Provide targeted support for students with SEND in a primary setting.
• Collaborate closely with class teachers, families and the wider inclusion team to develop and implement personalised learning plans.
• Adapt and differentiate lessons to ensure inclusive access for all learners.
• Monitor progress, assess outcomes and adjust strategies to promote continuous improvement.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive school culture that values diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject.
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed. or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and effective primary classroom practice.
• Proven experience supporting students with additional learning needs.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with colleagues and families.
