Primary Teacher – Year 2 or Year 3

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to lead a Year 2 or Year 3 class at our thriving international school in Dubai. You will create an engaging learning environment and deliver the UK National Curriculum to help every child achieve their best.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons for Year 2 or Year 3 in line with KS1/KS2 standards.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide timely interventions to ensure excellent learning outcomes.
• Promote positive behaviour and manage the classroom effectively.
• Provide pastoral care, supporting the personal, social and emotional development of all students.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a BEd or PGCE and a relevant degree.
• Proven experience teaching KS1 or KS2 in a UK primary school.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for KS1/KS2.
• Commitment to excellence, inclusivity and community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
