About the role
The company is seeking a dedicated Operator to manage the printing process, ensuring machines are prepared and run according to specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the next job according to the Factory Job Ticket (FJT) provided by the Team Leader.
- Fill the machine with the correct ink supplied by the ink section or external suppliers.
- Install printing plates and blankets on the machine.
- Set machine parameters based on work instructions and guidance from the Lead Operator.
- Conduct color matching to meet customer‑approved shade ranges.
- Provide quality control samples for inspection and first‑sample approval.
- Maintain machine settings and cleanliness throughout the production run.
