About the role

Land Sterling, a boutique property brokerage with over 17 years in the Dubai market, is hiring a Private Client Advisor. The role suits experienced brokers ready for a fresh start or motivated newcomers wanting to build a career in Dubai real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
• Conduct property market appraisals
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Stay up to date with market insights and trends
• Build trust through regular communication and transparent client relationships

Required profile

• A strong background in sales or client-facing roles (real estate, car sales, recruitment) or a high-end service industry such as cabin crew or luxury retail
• Genuine passion for real estate and ambition to grow your knowledge
• Fluent in English and a valid driving licence
