About the role

Land Sterling is a boutique brokerage with over 17 years in the Dubai market, offering a personal, high-touch service in the luxury property space. It is looking for ambitious, driven people who want to build a career in real estate, whether they are an experienced broker ready for a fresh start or a motivated newcomer.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
• Conduct property market appraisals
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Stay up to date with market insights and trends
• Build trust through regular communication and transparent client relationships

Required profile

• A strong background in sales or client-facing roles (Real Estate, car sales, recruitment, etc.) or a high-end service industry such as cabin crew or luxury retail
• Genuine passion for real estate and ambition to grow your knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Valid driving licence
