Private Groundkeeper for 5‑Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a dedicated Private Groundkeeper to maintain the outdoor grounds of a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel located on the Red Sea. The role involves ensuring lawns, gardens, walkways and all exterior areas are immaculate, safe and welcoming for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and care for lawns, flower beds, shrubs and trees.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular inspections of grounds and equipment, reporting any issues.
• Keep walkways, paths and outdoor areas clean, safe and free of debris.
• Implement seasonal planting, watering, fertilising and pest‑control activities.
• Coordinate with hotel maintenance and landscaping teams to schedule work.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a groundkeeper, landscaper or gardener, preferably in luxury hotels or high‑end properties.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Physical fitness to perform outdoor manual labour in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Must currently reside in the UAE.

Required skills

• Operation of landscaping machinery and tools.
• Knowledge of lawn care, planting, irrigation and pest‑control techniques.
