Process Sales Manager

About the role

The Process Sales Manager will drive sales growth for Harvard Logistics in Dubai by leading channel partners, generating leads, and delivering sales training. This role is pivotal for new product launches and technical knowledge sharing across the partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize coaching and performance management to maximize business results.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs through regular sales calls and funnel reviews with distributors.
• Support distribution channels with technical and application expertise.
• Identify and progress projects through the sales funnel.
• Develop and implement an annual sales plan for distribution channels, outlining objectives, opportunities, and major customers.
• Participate in customer site visits, trade seminars, product demonstrations and customer workshops.
• Utilize the CRM system for contact management, activity tracking, funnel and project management.
• Collect and report competitive activity within the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Electronics/Instrumentation, Environmental Science or equivalent experience.
• 2‑5 years of sales experience in process control, liquid analytics or automation.
• Proven experience leading key‑account sales in a technical selling environment.
