Senior Specialist – Client Enablement (Food Hub)

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Client Enablement supports the seamless onboarding and activation of tenants at the Abu Dhabi Food Hub, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to operational go‑live and driving early revenue and service adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute tenant onboarding, ensuring all documentation, compliance and operational requirements are met.
• Guide tenants from contract signing through unit handover to operational go‑live, supporting early revenue recognition.
• Assist tenants in adopting the Operation Management System (OMS), providing training, troubleshooting and monitoring progress.
• Promote the full catalogue of value‑added services, recommend solutions based on tenant needs and track service uptake.
• Liaise with internal teams (commercial, IT, legal, finance) to resolve issues and optimise onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare regular progress reports and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding, enablement or customer success, preferably in logistics, trade, real estate or free‑zone environments.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and good knowledge of Arabic (preferred).
