Procurement Buyer – Experienced (7+ yrs)

About the role

The Buyer (procurement) will support direct and indirect purchasing activities, ensuring the right commodities and components are sourced for production and outsourced assemblies. This role contributes to sourcing strategy and collaborates closely with internal users and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify purchase requests, identify potential suppliers and obtain quotations.
• Negotiate purchasing packages covering quality, price, terms, delivery and service.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with user departments and suppliers to monitor order status and delivery schedules.
• Handle claims for non‑conforming products, shortages or missing deliveries.
• Maintain complete and up‑to‑date procurement records.
• Assist in preparing end‑use certificates and reconcile payments.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
