About the role
The Muse UAE Boutique Spa is urgently hiring a Procurement Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end procurement for cosmetics and spa products. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, preparing purchase orders, monitoring inventory, and coordinating deliveries across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end procurement activities for cosmetics and spa products
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate favorable terms
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules
- Maintain supplier relationships and procurement records
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely delivery of required materials
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations and other departments
Required profile
- Proven UAE procurement experience
- Cosmetics and spa industry experience required
- Good knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing
- Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
- Must be currently available in the UAE; immediate joiners preferred
