Procurement Executive - Finance

About the role

Jumeirah, a global luxury hospitality brand owned by Dubai Holding, is hiring a Procurement Executive for Zabeel House The Greens, a property in the social heart of Dubai near Palm Jumeirah offering co-working spaces, a rooftop pool, a fitness centre, padel courts and wellness and dining facilities. The role covers the end-to-end processing of purchase requests and supplier management.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders
• Ensure all procurement requests follow approval workflows and delegation of authority
• Support sourcing activities (RFQ/RFP) and quotation comparisons
• Liaise with suppliers on quotations, deliveries and issue resolution
• Maintain the supplier database and assist with supplier onboarding and registration
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues when required

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
• 2-4 years of procurement or purchasing experience
• Strong administrative and coordination skills

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/procurement systems is preferred
