Procurement Lead for PMC Projects

About the role

The Procurement Lead will manage all procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project timelines, budgets and contractual requirements. The role drives strategic sourcing, vendor selection and coordination between ADNOC, EPC contractors and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement for engineering, construction and project‑related materials, equipment and services.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project master schedules.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs and tender documents; evaluate technical and commercial bids.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms and contract conditions with vendors.
• Maintain approved vendor list, monitor supplier performance and resolve commercial issues.
• Track procurement budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities and report KPI dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, with at least 5 years in procurement management.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement systems and ICV compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and risk‑assessment skills.
