Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and purchasing activities, ensuring cost‑effective and compliant acquisition of goods and services. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on management of supplier relationships and internal stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal terms and pricing.
• Manage procurement activities including RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and cost‑control measures.
• Lead and mentor procurement staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Experience with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of contract law and procurement best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
