Procurement Officer

About the role

The Procurement Officer will join Larustic’s growing team in the United Arab Emirates, overseeing the full procurement cycle to support efficient, sustainable, and cost‑effective operations. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to secure high‑quality goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers in line with company policies.
• Request, compare, and assess quotations, negotiating contracts and terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, track order status, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve order, delivery, or invoice issues.
• Analyze pricing trends and market data to recommend cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems.
• Support compliance with internal controls and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in procurement and purchasing with proven sourcing cycle experience.
• Hands‑on experience handling purchase orders, order tracking, and documentation.
• Excellent analytical abilities for evaluating quotations and total cost of ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field; procurement certification (CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC market and familiarity with local regulations is preferred.
