Procurement & Sourcing Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, optimise procurement processes and support the overall success of the procurement team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operation of the procurement department with diligent financial process control.
• Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders to source quality products, enhance guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries.
• Develop and implement business strategies, communicate objectives, measure performance and report results.
• Manage the team lifecycle, fostering growth, development and high performance.
• Oversee the purchasing budget, ensuring all functions are controlled, audited and continuously improved.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Review purchasing performance and practices, providing recommendations to drive financial results and added value.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, due‑diligence requirements and best‑practice activities for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel purchasing with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent managerial skills, hands‑on approach and lead‑by‑example work style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
