Procurement & Tender Specialist - Military Aviation & Defense

About the role

Defendex Partners is hiring an experienced Procurement & Tender Specialist in Abu Dhabi, UAE, for its aviation and defense business. The position is open only to candidates with proven experience in military aviation and defense procurement; those with non-defense/aviation backgrounds will not be considered. Immediate availability is required.

Key responsibilities

• Source military aircraft spare parts and obtain competitive quotations from reliable suppliers and OEMs.
• Review RFQs and prepare complete technical and commercial tender submissions.
• Verify part numbers, manufacturer details, CAGE codes, certificates, lead times and export requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and logistics through delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in military aviation and defense procurement only.
• Experience with UH-60 Black Hawk and CH-47 Chinook platforms is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of aviation certificates, traceability and compliance documentation.
• Good written and spoken English.
