Produced Water Treatment Technology Specialist (IGF, NSF & Hydrocyclone)

About the role

We are seeking a Produced Water Treatment Technology Specialist to provide expert technical knowledge for IGF, NSF and Hydrocyclone solutions across regional projects and tenders. You will support business development, technology development, and training initiatives while ensuring solutions meet local and international market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Offer specialist knowledge for assigned discipline to regional P&L center projects and tenders.
• Develop product concepts and training material in collaboration with the APT Manager.
• Support business development meetings and create competitive technical offers that minimise liability risk.
• Deliver timely, high‑quality responses to clients, P&L centres and technology development projects.
• Execute feasibility studies, conceptual designs and process studies for the discipline.
• Identify process discrepancies and recommend improvements.
• Maintain strong awareness of competitor technologies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience (120 months) in produced water projects or related fields.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and deliver winning tenders.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and commercially aware.
• Ability to inspire, teach and share knowledge with colleagues.
