Product Communications Specialist

About the role

Binance, a global blockchain ecosystem behind the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users, is looking for a Product Communications Specialist. The role helps develop and run global communications for products, including go-to-market plans and campaigns, and positions Binance products as leaders in their categories.

Key responsibilities

• Help develop and execute global integrated communications for products, including GTMs and campaigns, supporting Binance's product strategy and business objectives.
• Position Binance products as leaders in their categories through media opportunities.
• Partner with Product Marketing so that messaging, campaign strategy and execution are aligned.
• Support and troubleshoot product-related issues, and help contain, deescalate and resolve public and user concerns.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in PR and communications.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, traditional finance or consumer technology is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of consumer financial and trading products.
• Proactive, able to prioritize and manage stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to turn complex or technical products and concepts into media- and user-friendly narratives.
