Product Designer – Home Services Super App

About the role

Justlife is building the most loved super‑app for home services across the UAE and KSA. As a Product Designer you will shape the experience millions of households and service professionals rely on every day, from booking a cleaner to managing a handyman’s schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design of core product areas such as booking flows, payments, availability management and fulfilment.
• Conduct user and professional interviews, synthesize insights and translate them into high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate daily with product managers and engineers to ship features and iterate based on real‑world usage.
• Lead competitor and market studies to set design benchmarks for your surface.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools into the design workflow to accelerate research, synthesis and prototyping.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience shipping consumer software at scale.
• Strong craft mindset that balances speed with quality.
• Ability to challenge assumptions early and own the outcome of the experience, not just the screens.
• Passion for building products that improve both customers and service professionals.
