Product Manager - AI Data Centers

About the role

Decima International, a professional services firm providing project management and controls services to clients in the United States and the Middle East, is looking for a Product Manager for AI data centres. This is a client-facing role based in Dubai, focused on helping clients develop and commercialize data centre and AI infrastructure offerings. You will define the market positioning and service architecture of data centre facilities, including roadmaps, service catalogs, competitive and demand analysis, and the commercial value propositions used with prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and communicate with technical, commercial and management stakeholders.
• Define product strategies, roadmaps and service catalogs for colocation (retail and wholesale), HPC hosting, liquid-cooling-ready capacity and AI connectivity services.
• Define service tiers, packaging, SLAs and pricing (e.g. per-kW, per-rack, build-to-suit, GPU-as-a-Service).
• Run market sizing, competitive assessments and demand analysis for data centre and AI infrastructure markets.
• Profile target segments such as anchor tenants, hyperscalers, neoclouds and enterprise AI clients, and turn their requirements into product requirements for design and capacity build-out.
• Create pitch decks, whitepapers and service capability briefs, and support go-to-market planning and early commercial discussions.
• Keep product, technical and business case assumptions aligned with engineering, design, finance and program management teams.
• Present to management and identify and recommend mitigations for market and product risks.

Required profile

• At least 10 years in product management, product marketing or commercial strategy, including at least 5 years in data centre, colocation, cloud or HPC products.
• Proven track record of launching data centre, colocation, cloud or HPC products and service catalogs.
• Client-facing experience and fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or a related field.
• Ability to explain complex technical infrastructure to technical and executive audiences.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience with a telecom operator, hyperscaler, cloud provider or major colocation provider, or with greenfield launches and major expansions.
• Experience in GCC, Middle East, African or European data centre markets.
• Product management or data centre certifications (e.g. Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM CPM, CDCP, CDCS).
• Working proficiency in Arabic or another regional language.
