Product Manager – AI‑Driven Security Solutions

About the role

spiderSilk is looking for a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its AI‑driven security products. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Threat Intelligence, and Go‑to‑Market teams to turn complex security challenges into products customers love.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to prioritize, develop, and launch features from concept to release.
• Translate customer pain points, market signals, and threat‑landscape insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Make data‑informed prioritisation decisions balancing value, effort, and business impact.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including discovery, validation, delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Threat Intelligence, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches and strong adoption.
• Define, track, and report on product metrics and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager building technical or B2B software products (e.g., cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, infrastructure).
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile delivery practices.
• Ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across technical and business teams.
• Comfort working with data and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritising competing demands in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
