About the role
Join the Transaction Banking Trade Product team at ADCB to shape and manage a complex product portfolio that meets customer needs and captures market opportunities across the UAE and MENA region.
Key responsibilities
- Translate strategy into product value propositions and manage a differentiating product portfolio.
- Develop and implement cross‑selling strategies to boost customer acquisition, activation and retention.
- Conduct market intelligence, research and competitive analysis to support decision‑making.
- Monitor portfolio quality, risk, and alignment with the bank’s risk strategy.
- Lead and motivate the team, ensuring adherence to policies and delivery of business targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services, preferably in product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Transaction Banking products.
