Product Manager – Trading Platforms

About the role

Next Ventures is looking for a Trading Product Manager to shape the vision and delivery of its trading and brokerage ecosystem. You will own the product roadmap, align it with user needs, business goals and regulatory requirements, and work with cross‑functional teams to bring high‑impact fintech solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for trading platforms (e.g., MT5, cTrader) and related brokerage services.
• Identify growth opportunities through structured discovery, user research and market analysis.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA and Operations to ensure on‑time, high‑quality releases.
• Lead internal rollouts, training and adoption initiatives across operations and support teams.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance and continuously optimise the product based on data and feedback.
• Work with Compliance and Risk teams to guarantee regulatory alignment for all product developments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or brokerage environments.
• Strong technical literacy in AI technologies and ability to assess feasibility of AI‑driven solutions.
• Proven ability to work with engineers on APIs, database structures and system architecture.
• Experience applying data‑driven prioritisation frameworks such as RICE or Kano.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
