Product Owner – Digital Transformation (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead digital transformation initiatives for a leading real‑estate organisation in Dubai. The role bridges business stakeholders, IT teams and implementation partners to deliver technology solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design As‑Is and To‑Be processes and oversee solution design for SAP, Salesforce or Oracle implementations.
• Manage product backlog, user stories, UAT and ensure smooth delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and maintain strong communication across business and technology teams.
• Support implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of digital solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital transformation, product management or business analysis.
• Strong background in the real‑estate sector.
• Proven experience with SAP, Salesforce or Oracle implementation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
