Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, customer‑focused Product Owner to define product requirements, prioritize the backlog and ensure delivery of solutions that generate measurable business value. The role works closely with stakeholders, product managers, designers, developers and QA throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, objectives and desired business outcomes.
• Own, manage and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on value, urgency and technical feasibility.
• Gather, analyse and translate business and user needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demos and other Agile ceremonies.
• Maintain product roadmaps, release plans and delivery timelines, and validate completed features against requirements.
• Participate in UAT, coordinate issue resolution and monitor product performance, user feedback and key metrics.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, software development lifecycles and product delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to gather, assess, clarify and prioritize requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
