Product Sourcing Manager – Fragrance Industry

About the role

Sona Signature Papers is seeking an experienced Product Sourcing Manager to drive the growth of its fragrance materials business. The role focuses on sourcing premium raw materials, fragrance ingredients, and packaging solutions while building strong supplier relationships and negotiating competitive terms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and source reliable suppliers for fragrance ingredients, raw materials and packaging materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and other commercial agreements.
• Evaluate suppliers based on product quality, cost, reliability and delivery performance.
• Monitor market trends, supplier developments and new sourcing opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement requirements are met on time.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases and cost comparisons.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation while maintaining product quality.
• Manage multiple sourcing projects and ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing or supplier management.
• Experience in the fragrance, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals or packaging industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supplier identification, vendor evaluation, negotiation and procurement processes.
• Understanding of fragrance ingredients, raw materials and packaging solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• GCC market experience and an established supplier network is an advantage.
