Product Specialist – Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

About the role

The Product Specialist – Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) will act as the primary link between Johnson & Johnson and healthcare professionals across the UAE. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will promote J&J’s PAH portfolio, build strong relationships with specialists and drive product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets while complying with all healthcare compliance requirements.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and complete CRM reporting.
• Segment customers and engage them with appropriate tools and frequency.
• Communicate approved product and clinical information through face‑to‑face meetings and group presentations.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Gather market insights to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Market Access and Supply Chain teams.
• Support compliant promotional and educational events for healthcare professionals.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints per pharmacovigilance guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field.
• Previous pharmaceutical sales experience; PAH or specialty care experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in complex, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation and territory‑management skills.
• Ability to accurately convey scientific and clinical information.
