Production Assembler

About the role

The Production Assembler is responsible for the precise assembly of advanced turbine and propulsion system components, including microjet and turbofan engine parts, following engineering specifications, production schedules, and strict aerospace quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assembly operations according to approved production schedules and daily manufacturing targets.
• Perform precise mechanical and electronic assembly, fine alignment, fitment, fastening, and adjustments to meet defined tolerances.
• Handle sensitive components carefully to avoid damage and conduct visual and dimensional inspections during and after assembly.
• Record assembly data, inspection results, deviations, and non‑conformance reports in production systems.
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve technical and process issues.

Required profile

• Diploma, technical certification, or equivalent hands‑on industry experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic, or industrial assembly.
• Proven experience in industrial, aerospace, manufacturing, or precision assembly environments.
• Familiarity with IPC‑A‑610 standards, AS9100, ISO quality standards, and controlled manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and engineering documentation.
