Production Executive – Garments (Dubai)

About the role

The Production Executive will coordinate garment manufacturing activities between headquarters, clients, Asian mills and factories. Based in Dubai, you will oversee the full product lifecycle from style creation to shipment, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively between HQ, clients, mills, and garment factories in Asia.
• Manage the administrative process from style creation and order entry to logistics hand‑over.
• Maintain order follow‑up and oversee the product lifecycle from sampling to shipment.
• Communicate proactively with all stakeholders and prepare accurate production and tracking reports.
• Support issue‑resolution to ensure on‑time deliveries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in fashion production lines.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP and PLM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
