About the role
The Production Helper supports the manufacturing floor by preparing and maintaining equipment, loading materials, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with a high school education who are motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and adjust machines, monitoring for unusual noises or movements.
- Load supplies into machines manually or using hoists.
- Replace molds and cutting surfaces as needed.
- Inspect equipment to identify required replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.
- Use safety equipment, clothing, and devices properly.
- Maintain clean and hygienic working areas.
- Ensure safety and security of equipment and personnel.
Required profile
- High school certificate.
- Self‑motivated and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently.
- Team‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Machine setup and adjustment.
- Use of hoists for material handling.
- Equipment inspection and basic troubleshooting.
- Application of safety procedures and protective gear.
