Production Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Production Planner to manage detailed production planning and scheduling, ensuring optimal use of manpower, equipment, and materials to meet customer demands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly production schedules in coordination with Sales and Production teams and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) accurately.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, act as a bridge between Sales, Customer Service, and Operations, and support the S&OP process.
• Track inventory levels, manage Bills of Materials, and ensure material replenishment aligns with production demand.
• Maintain production data in Oracle ERP, record man‑hours, and analyze reports to support decision‑making.
• Schedule machine usage, ensure timely execution of new product trials, and monitor compliance with safety, quality, and ISO standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
• 5 to 8 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within manufacturing, preferably packaging.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machine capacities, and ERP systems.
