About the role
The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination. The role requires strong communication to align multiple stakeholders and proactively address potential issues.
Key responsibilities
- Develop timelines, budgets, and team structures for assigned projects.
- Ensure high‑quality work output and adherence to project standards.
- Anticipate challenges, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Facilitate clear communication among relevant teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program management.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical‑thinking abilities.
