Program Manager – Startup Programs

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager to design, launch, and run a portfolio of startup‑focused programs within Innovation City. You will support founders from onboarding through growth, market access, and scaling, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end startup programs, including onboarding, incubation, and growth initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for startups, delivering a high‑quality founder experience.
• Coordinate setup and relocation processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate connections between startups and ecosystem players such as corporates, partners, and mentors.
• Organise workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events.
• Track startup progress, collect feedback, and continuously improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with partnerships, marketing, and operations teams to drive success.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular program outcome reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in startup ecosystems, accelerators, incubators, VC platforms, or innovation hubs.
• Strong understanding of early‑stage business challenges.
• Proven experience managing programs, projects, or communities.
