Programme Manager – Governance in Family Firms

About the role

The Programme Manager will lead the design, development and execution of Pearl Initiative's Governance in Family Firms programme, strengthening family businesses across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver programme content, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and emerging trends.
• Lead business development, revenue generation and fundraising activities, setting funding targets and exploring new revenue streams.
• Manage projects and contracts, overseeing timelines, budgets, quality standards and compliance.
• Produce research, thought‑leadership pieces and bilingual content to position the programme as a sector authority.
• Mentor and develop the programme team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in programme or project management, preferably in non‑profit or governance contexts.
• Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, business development and fundraising.
• Strong analytical and impact‑measurement capabilities.
