Project Account Manager - Data Centre

About the role

Hilti is seeking a Project Account Manager for Data Centres to drive business across major UAE data centre projects. This role blends technical expertise, project management and commercial ownership, working closely with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned data centre projects from early engagement through construction and completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, general contractors, MEP contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Identify technical challenges and develop commercially attractive Hilti solutions, including modular support systems, MEP installations, passive fire protection and anchoring.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops and training for customers.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely progression of opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Professional experience in data centre construction, mission‑critical infrastructure or technically complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of the UAE data centre ecosystem and an established network of industry contacts.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver project outcomes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of modular support systems and anchoring solutions.
• Experience with MEP installations and passive fire protection technologies.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
• Commercial acumen to identify and convert opportunities.
