Project Architect – Main Contractor Background

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect with a main‑contractor background to join our Dubai project team. You will support design coordination and execution for tower and high‑rise building projects, ensuring architectural intent is delivered on site.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications and construction documents for high‑rise projects.
• Coordinate architectural works between consultants, contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Prepare, review and manage shop drawings, detailed drawings and construction drawings.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor quality and compliance, and resolve design discrepancies.
• Respond to RFIs, technical queries and drawing‑related issues, and maintain proper documentation of approvals and revisions.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably on tower or large‑scale building projects.
• B.Tech or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• Strong experience working with a building/main contractor and coordinating with structural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Good understanding of construction processes, detailing and site execution.

Required skills

• BIM exposure (Revit preferred).
• Proficiency with construction drawings, shop drawings and material specifications.
