Project Contracts Manager

About the role

The Project Contracts Manager will oversee contract administration, cost control and financial close‑out for construction projects in the UAE. You will ensure compliance with commercial policies, information security standards and UAE labour legislation while supporting project teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review contract terms, conduct site inspections and advise senior management on contractual feasibility and alternatives.
• Monitor financial status of contracts, control costs, manage project close‑out and settlement of accounts.
• Collaborate with quantity surveyors to develop procurement schedules linked to construction programmes.
• Maintain drawing registers, certify payment certificates, analyse claims and evaluate new unit rates.
• Promote QHSE and ISMS policies, ensuring continuous improvement of the integrated management system.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline with strong academic record.
• Over 15 years of experience in dispute resolution, remediation, claims and arbitration within multi‑disciplinary construction environments.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE labour law and construction legislation.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, foster safety culture and recognise performance.
