Project Coordinator Intern – Renewable Energy

About the role

UL Solutions Renewables is looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to assist Project Managers in Dubai. The role offers hands‑on experience in project coordination, data management, reporting and process improvement within the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and coordination, including setting up projects in PSA and Oracle.
• Support billing and invoicing activities within the fulfillment systems.
• Collect and evaluate data for project and revenue reporting, and help prepare presentation materials.
• Provide general project and team administration, including formatting PowerPoint decks for internal meetings.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and other team projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Interest in project management and the renewable energy sector.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Exposure to ERP or business systems such as Oracle, Salesforce or PSA is a plus.
• Awareness of UAE invoicing or VAT considerations is advantageous but not required.
