Project Coordinator – NPDI Busbar Product Line

About the role

The Project Coordinator will lead cross‑functional efforts for new product development and sustaining projects within the Busbar Product Line. Reporting to the Senior Manager Global Programme Management – NPDI, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, across multiple regions and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional planning and execution to meet project timelines.
• Monitor tasks performed by engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics and other departments.
• Provide regular schedule updates and progress reports.
• Identify potential issues, escalate them promptly, and manage risks with contingency plans.
• Ensure adherence to the NPDI (New Product Development & Introduction) process.
• Support project team members and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma with 5 years experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related technical degree) with at least 2 years experience.
• Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem‑solving, reporting and meeting‑facilitation skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of achieving goals.
