About the role
Penspen is seeking a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer for offshore projects, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role can be part of the Core Engineering Team or a PMT project team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage on‑shore civil/structural personnel, delegating tasks and overseeing their work.
- Collaborate within the Core Engineering or PMT project team environment, reporting to a Lead Civil/Structural Engineer when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience, including at least 6 years in civil/structural engineering for major offshore oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- PMC experience in a similar role is preferred.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of offshore civil/structural engineering principles.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard (beneficial).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
