About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer specialized in civil and fit‑out works to lead high‑end residential and luxury villa projects across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage projects from site mobilization through completion and handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, control quality, and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, approvals, permits and inspections.
- Maintain strong client relationships, handle variations, and communicate project requirements effectively.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant UAE experience in interior fit‑out, renovation and civil works, preferably on luxury villa projects.
- Valid UAE driving licence and ability to join immediately.
