About the role
We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead interior fit‑out projects for commercial spaces in Dubai. The role requires immediate joining and involves managing the full project lifecycle from design coordination to handover.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and supervise interior fit‑out works for offices, retail outlets and restaurants.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent and schedule compliance.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports and update stakeholders on milestones.
- Ensure that all work meets quality, safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage project documentation, change orders and cost control activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in interior fit‑out of commercial projects.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
Required skills
- Civil Engineering knowledge.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
