About the role
Careers International is hiring a Project Engineer in Dubai to support the Project Manager. The engineer supervises day-to-day site activities, ensures quality workmanship, coordinates the team and keeps work aligned with drawings and schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the execution of interior works according to drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with designers, subcontractors and vendors on site
- Prepare shop drawings, material submittals and method statements
- Ensure quality control and site safety compliance
- Monitor daily site progress and report to the Project Manager
- Assist in quantity measurements and material tracking
- Resolve site technical issues and execution challenges
- Support inspections and snag-list clearance
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design
- 2 to 6 years of site experience in interior contracting
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of interior materials and execution techniques
- Ability to read drawings and manage site coordination
- Good communication and documentation skills
