Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi and contribute to major road and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day‑to‑day engineering activities on road and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure construction works follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, quality, resources and site activities.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings and material submissions.
• Prepare and follow up on RFIs, inspections, technical documentation and project reports.
• Identify and resolve technical and site‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and project standards.
• Support project planning, cost control and timely project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in road and infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
