About the role
Our client, a leading multinational organization, is looking for a Project Executive to join the team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role focuses on handling project documentation, specifications, technical submittals, approvals and related administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all project documentation, specifications, technical submittals and approvals.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy and efficient document control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project team members to guarantee timely delivery of project outputs.
- Develop and implement standardized documentation and administrative procedures.
- Maintain up‑to‑date project records and generate regular reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration or a related field.
- Experience using project management software such as MS Project or Asana.
